My order was close to what I asked for, so overall it was fine. Just a little off, but it still mostly matched what I ordered.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it was kind of one of those mixed experiences. They did get back to me, so that was good, but I kept checking my messages thinking, okay, maybe soon, and it just took a little longer than I was hoping.

The person I talked to was nice and polite, and they did help me get it sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience or anything. It just felt a bit slow, and I wish the updates had been a little clearer along the way...

I did get it swapped in the end, so everything worked out, but the exchange process took a bit longer than I was expecting. I’m giving it 4 stars because the tracking didn’t really move much at first, and I wasn’t sure if that was normal or if I missed something somewhere. But it still got here on time, everything was fine, so overall I’m happy with it

I’ll be honest, I judged this one quickly from the photos. The mask design just looked too busy to me, and my brain kind of filed it under “not for me” right away. The shape also seemed a little awkward, so I was expecting something cleaner and simpler. I probably wouldn’t choose this one again

The straps already felt loose and some of the trim started peeling off like it had survived a full medieval battle or something. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I really expected it to hold up longer than a single night out.

It’s not terrible or anything, but the color looked different from the photos. I remember opening it while my toaster was making this weird clicking sound, and even then my first thought was that the shade was a bit off. Still usable, just not exactly what I thought I was getting.

It took a few days for everything to get sorted, but the money came back to my card just like they said it would. There was a bit of waiting, sure, but nothing stressful. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it!
